TERMS OF SERVICE

If any of these terms are unable to be met, I have the right to refuse service.

I. Content Restrictions:

• I will not draw any gore or rape/violence related material.

• Regarding content beyond the previous line, it is up to my discretion what I will and will not draw.

• I will not edit any existing works of mine. I only accept commissions asking for new art.

• Content must be completely agreed on by both parties before payment.

• All prices stated on my price sheet are estimated prices, and may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the piece. Simple Backgrounds, complex clothing, detailed tattoos, alts, text , etc are all available options upon a client’s request but will increase the price of the final piece.

• Excessive revisions will also increase the final price of the finished piece.

II. Artist Rights

•I retain all rights and copyright to the commissioned piece.

• I retain all rights to decline a commission before payment, for any reason.

• All commissions will be posted publicly to my various online platforms. I do not provide private services.

• I may refund commissions at any time. Refunds will be paid in full and accompanied by reason.

III. Client Rights

• Clients may request cancellation/refunds at any time. However the cancellation/refund process will differ depending on the completion status of the commission. (See section VIV)

• Clients may post the full, finished commission to their personal/social media sites.

IV. Artist Agreements

• I agree to produce art desired by the client as long as it fits under the Terms of Service.

• I agree to provide progress updates to the client on a regular basis.

• I agree to reply to all client inquiries in a timely manner.

V. Client Agreements

• Clients must be over the age of 18 to request a commission

• Clients agree to sign and submit an agreement before commission progress.

• Clients agree to reply to all artist inquiries in a timely manner

• Clients agree to only use commissioned pieces for personal use.

• Clients agree to comply with all service terms and price listings.

• Both the client and artist agree to treat each other with respect.

• If the final product is edited by the client, the client agrees to state this fact when posting it online.

VI. Progress Phases

• Agreement Phase

• The Client and I decide on the content of the drawing.
• Once agreements are done, this phase ends.

• Sketch Phase

• A rough sketch is drawn and sent to the client for review. 
• Revisions may be requested. (See section VIII)
• Once the client agrees on a final draft, this phase ends.

• Completion Phase

• Any revisions during this phase are subject to additional payment (see section VIII)
• I will work on the commission until completion, then send the product to the client.
• If the client does not confirm to have received it within 7 days, the job is considered complete.

VII. Payment

• All payments will be performed under Paypal invoice.

• All payments will be in USD.

• A 100% payment deposit must be received before the start of commission progress.

• Merchant and International Paypal fees (outside the US) are covered by the client.

VIII. Revisions

• Clients may ask for revisions during the sketch phase only. 

• Simple revisions are free of charge, but complex revisions will incur a negotiable fee, depending on the work required.

• Clients will be invoiced before any revisions begin.

• Clients will not receive their final product until all revision charges are paid. 

• Revisions may not be requested after I have posted the work publicly to social media.

VIV.Cancellation/Refunding

• Cancellation is always available before payment.

• Full refunds are always available before the sketch phase has begun.

• 50% refunds during the sketch phase.

• Refunds are not available during or after the completion phase.

X. No-Contact Deadline

• Before the commission has been finished, if the client does not respond to contact for 30 days, all agreements are null and void. Refunds will be delivered depending on the commission’s progress. (See section VIV)

XI.Commercial Use

• Commissioned pieces under this TOS may not be used for commercial purposes. For commercial purposes, an additional contract will need to be agreed upon.

• Redistribution and sale of commissioned pieces under this TOS is not allowed. Example: Selling prints or stickers.
